Students must attend all scheduled classes unless proof is supplied by a doctor of illness.

Students must complete all given tasks.

All monies to be paid prior to commencement of study.

Students positions can be terminated by the Language Power School at any time for non-performance, without recourse. Refunds will be given in accordance with the guarantee, that is, all monies except those incurred in accomodation, food, travel and general living expenses.

Students terminating the course by their desire, for whatever reason prior to the exam will be entitled to a refund for only the proportion not completed.

Students that attend the exam and get a result that is not what is required but is close to the needed result may be offered to continue studying at no further cost, except those of accomodation, food, travel and general living expenses. This will be at the discretion  of the Language Power School.

Students that take the IELTS exam and get the required result, within 1 year of starting this course will not be entitled to a refund, irrespective of any other studies thay may undertake. Full disclosure and permission for the Language Power School to view IELTS results will be given for this period.
